Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

As our products are all shipped directly from our farms fresh from the field (as opposed to flowers that are stored in a location within the US), a 1 day hydration time is required to ensure quality, durability and performance. Please, note that this time calculation is made when you are prompted to enter your delivery date at checkout.

All orders are shipped via UPS from Ecuador, and delays could arise due to COVID-19 and high volume of shipments being processed at port of entry to USA.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Quadore Flowers Shipping Rates:

We offer $25 flat rate shipping to all states in the US, except Alaska and Hawaii which entail an extra $20 due to remote delivery surcharges. 

The Florist Box Shipping Rates:

On purchases of one single box we offer $45 flat rate shipping to all states in the US, except Alaska and Hawaii which entail an extra $20 due to remote delivery surcharges, however shipping costs for orders of 2 boxes or more, prices will vary as follows:

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a UPS tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@quadoreflowers.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We don’t support shipment to P.O. boxes.
